WE OPERATE A MINIMUM STAY OF TWO NIGHTS
Single night accommodation is not available.
Bookings made via this website or otherwise the following conditions apply.
ALL BOOKINGS a deposit of 30% of the total charge for the accommodation must be sent so as to arrive before commencement of your stay. In the event of your deposit being returned £5.00 will be deducted from returned amount (this is for administration charges)
We accept cheques British postal orders or cash, cash should be sent recorded delivery. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs. B Walker. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Your accommodation will be reserved for you and you will be notified of this action. Until confirmation of your booking is received we cannot guarantee your accommodation is reserved for you. Please print out your booking confirmation and produce it when you arrive. This applies to all lengths of stay.
We can accept cheques from outside of the UK unless agreed. all charges involved in the banking of cheques will be at your cost.
In the event of cancellations we will not return your deposit, unless we are notified in writing or by email, this must be received seven days prior to your booked stay. £5.00 will be deducted from returned amount (this is for administration charges)
No deposits will be refunded if you fail to arrive to take up your accommodation. If you do not arrive as per your arrival date given, you will be charged for the full amount of your booked stay.
Check-in time is after 4 pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 6 pm you must let us know. If you arrive very late we may not give you access to your booked accommodation but you will be charged for it.
Please vacate your rooms daily before 10am to allow us to tidy your room ready for your return. Check-out time is 10 am.
For the enjoyment of all of our guests, we provide a NON SMOKING environment. We provide Smoking areas for guests who smoke please ask on your arrival.
Children are welcome with prior arrangements, but must be supervised at all times. Children should not be left in their rooms whilst adults are not present.
Sorry, but we are not wheelchair accessible.
Guests are responsible for repairs required due to any damage caused by guests for the duration of visit.
